Some customers that come to Hostgator do so after months of suffering with another host that just can’t keep their website online. They hated the feeling that their site might not load when they went to visit it because it had happened so many times before. So what did they do?

When customers transferred their hosting to HostGator they described it as a totally different world. Hostgator seems to really know their stuff! They’re so extremely helpful to customers; example, stay at home people in need of support. Customers are grateful for the honesty and respect that HostGator customer service provides; and are continually impressed by the way that they bend over backwards to help with setting everything up. The list of additional software installations is reportedly huge and their Site Studio is user friendly and easy to understand.
Another Satisfied Customer…
Another customer who had tried other hosting services appreciates the minimalist design with HostGator’s web presence, together with the cPanel and home page. They apparently had had some issues after having a host (or domain) account with GoDaddy. Apparently the problem was how busy that site is! They are absolutely dedicated to the opinion that there site with HostGator is quicker and report that the pages load at least twice the speed of GoDaddy. Overall, they are extremely satisfied with HostGator and have recommended it to 5 friends so far who, when asked, have had nothing but praise for Hostgator. There is great word of mouth advertising for HostGator, apparently. This customer’s flat out declaration is that HostGator is the best choice for web hosting. In regards to Reseller, VPS, or Dedicated, this particular customer wasn’t sure what to say having not used those services, but greatly enjoys the unlimited domain shared hosting from HostGator.
As with my past research on Hostgator, I was unable to find any negative HostGator VPS reviews.
